We agree to provide what we know will be quality copy, in quality language within what we'll have to call reasonable limits. We'll take what you provide and make it work
Compliance: We are responsible to provide those kinds of compliance mechanisms which would be necessary for doing business in the United States. We do not represent that we are in any way responsible for the way that you interact with your community or handle your financial obligations. We will provide quality SSL Certs for the first year, as well as a disability widget to maximize your website's accessibility for people with disabilities as is required for businesses in EU, and USA.
Miscellaneous: We commit to providing a good site. We commit to provide pages that are appropriate. We commit to provide forms that will be able to integrate with typical email automation software. We commit to always be looking for ways to improve your likelihood of success with other products and services. Sometimes we will provide you with cool benefits and additional marketing services. At other times, we will require additional funds to provide them.
What You Do
Design: If it's artistic, you do it. You should expect to create logos, and other art, secure photos and their legal publishing rights and licenses, Hex color codes. Things like that.
Content: You are the company that is providing the service behind anything and everything that the website will represent to deliver. As a result, you must provide basic product information, intentions, service and delivery models as well as warranties. All must be provided in organized written form.
Compliance: You have to be responsible for operating a legal business. You must be responsible for obeying your local and national laws, paying your local and national taxes, for damages of whatever kind could possibly be blamed on you for providing services, for any issues that may arise for claims of discrimination made by visitors to your site. You must be responsible for upholding terms of use, and policies, protecting user and subscriber data, and things overwhich Informargin has no control.
Miscellaneous: You commit to provide the kind of reasonable support that people working together in a trusting and faithful manner would provide to help the project be successful. You agree not to make unreasonable demands of our time or resources. You will pay us as is agreed, and do not expect that we will provide other services like reputation management, social media marketing, video creation, without some additional expense.
